Fees
The fee for a verification performed on-line is $25.00 per physician. Effective February 19, 2008, there is no longer a discounted rate for processing multiple care providers in a single verification.
Effective February 19, 2008, the fee for a verification submitted by fax or postal mail is $35.00 per physician.
Payment Methods
ABPS accepts the following methods of payment:
- Written request accompanied by a check or money order.
- Written request accompanied by VISA, MC, or AMEX card number with expiration date, security code, billing address, and authorized cardholder signature.
Credit Cards
ABPS accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You will need to enter the security code, name of the card holder, and the credit card billing address.
